The Role

We're looking for an experienced and confident Cafe Manager to lead the front of house team and ensure the cafe runs smoothly day to day.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and leads by example on the floor.

You'll:

Lead, support, and motivate the front-of-house team. Ensure warm, attentive, and consistent customer service at all times. Oversee daily operations including staff rota, opening/closing, and service flow. Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and atmosphere. Manage stock, ordering, waste minimisation, and supplier relationships. Work closely with the Kitchen and Bakery teams to deliver great experience across all dayparts. Train, coach, and develop the team to grow skills and confidence.

About You

You have previous experience in a cafe, bakery management role. You care deeply about hospitality -- the welcome, the pace, the details, the warmth. You're organised, calm under pressure, and good at prioritising. You lead with positivity and a team-first approach. You're confident making decisions and solving problems on the go. You're comfortable working weekends as part of your regular schedule.
