Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment. Develop menus that reflect seasonal offerings and customer preferences while managing inventory effectively. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution to enhance customer experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe, including kitchen areas, dining spaces, and equipment. Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and manage stock levels efficiently.
Experience
Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or food service industry is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
