What You'll Be Doing

Baking & Preparation

Take the lead as our Chief Baker--craft and perfect our signature souffle pancakes (full training provided to achieve the ideal fluffy texture). Prepare and organise ingredients before service begins. Monitor stock of toppings and replenish as needed.

Management & Operations

Maintain high standards of service and ensure a clean, well-organised cafe environment. Oversee stock levels and report shortages promptly. Submit weekly operational reports to support continuous improvement. Deliver exceptional customer service while fostering a welcoming and positive cafe atmosphere. Carry out opening and closing responsibilities.

Leadership

Communicate effectively with team members and encourage ongoing growth and improvement. Create and manage weekly staff schedules. Handle customer and staff concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Lead, train, and inspire a team of coffee and dessert enthusiasts, cultivating a supportive and collaborative workplace culture.

What We're Looking For

Proven managerial experience in a cafe, bakery, or hospitality environment. A genuine passion for baking and desserts, with enthusiasm for learning new techniques. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team. Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and approachable attitude. Flexibility and adaptability regarding working hours.
