As Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our busy cafe, leading a team of 10+ staff, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. You'll bring creativity to our menu, operations, and customer experience while driving sales and maintaining high standards. Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 10+ staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Ensure smooth, efficient, and welcoming service in a fast-paced environment.

Manage daily operations, including stock control, ordering, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Bring creativity to menu development, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.

Maintain exceptional standards of food safety, cleanliness, and compliance.

Handle customer feedback with professionalism and a solutions-focused
approach.

Drive sales and profitability through effective cost control and innovative ideas.

Support the growth of the business, with the potential to take on more responsibility as we expand.

What We're Looking For

At least 3 years of experience in a cafe or similar hospitality management role.

. Must know how to use either Dojo bookings or resdiary as bookings is essential in our business.

Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10 or more.

A creative mindset--able to contribute ideas to menus, branding, and customer experience.

Thrives under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Strong financial and operational management skills.

A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to progress within it.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
