We are recruiting for:

Cafe Manager (Meltham) - to lead a small team, run day-to-day operations, and deliver outstanding service. Cafe Team Member (Newsome) - to support daily operations and deliver excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

For Manager (Meltham)

Lead daily operations of the cafe, ensuring high standards of service and food safety. Manage staff training, and day-to-day direction. Handle ordering, stock rotation, and waste control. Deliver sales growth by promoting meal deals, cake boxes, and catering orders. Maintain compliance with all health & safety and food hygiene regulations.
For Team Member (Newsome)

Prepare and serve food and drinks to a high standard. Deliver excellent customer service with a positive and professional manner. Support the supervisor/manager with cleaning, stock rotation, and record-keeping. Follow all hygiene, allergen, and safety policies.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Previous food business experience (cafe, takeaway, bakery, catering etc.). Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (must provide evidence). Excellent customer manner - friendly, professional, and confident under pressure. Full UK driving licence & ability to drive (essential for flexibility and cover across sites).
