Full-time 37.5 hours per week - Mandatory weekend working on a rotational basis
Working Pattern: 5 days over a 6 day week including weekends.

Passionate about customer service & building community support for the charity
An enthusiastic team leader with Cafe management/supervisory experience
Experienced in using professional coffee machines
Able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and commercial awareness
Able to demonstrate proven success in achieving sales targets
Do you have a hands-on approach and the ability to:
Recruit and motivate a team of volunteers to maximise sales and generate income to support the work of EACH
Influence and increase sales and productivity
The Role:
To maximise sales of food and beverages within the cafe
To manage the cafe staff and volunteer team alongside the Retail Shop Manager by providing guidance and direction to their efforts
To support EACH retail in its ambition to be the most loved charity shop in our community
Experience of working with volunteers would be an advantage, however this role would also suit a candidate with high street cafe experience.
