Job Description

I need an experienced cafe manager who can work closely with the business owner to fully develop the potential of this fantastic business. Must be able to manage people, engage perfectly with all customers, be able to grill chef and make coffee - as well as maintain an exceptional standard of cleanliness.

Pay and package to be discussed, however it will likely take the shape of basic salary plus performance bonus. This MAY lead to being offered a directorship in the business, however this will only be discussed after a proven track record of at least 6months.

The successful applicant will be given full authority to run the day to day operation. I am looking for a hard-nosed professional who can see the potential and look to double revenue with new ideas.
