, while working closely with the
manager of our other store and the wider management team
to ensure consistency, high standards, and continued growth across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
day-to-day operations
of your cafe location
Lead, train and motivate the Front of House team
Deliver an
exceptional customer experience
and build strong customer relationships
Be hands-on on the floor when required (serving customers, barista work, food prep including paninis, smoothies and protein shakes)
Train staff to confidently deliver a
large and varied menu
Create and manage staff rotas, breaks and holiday cover
Maintain
high standards of cleanliness, food safety and presentation
Manage stock levels, ordering and waste control
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Work collaboratively with the
manager of the other store and company managers
to share ideas, maintain consistency and support business growth
Take initiative to improve processes, efficiency and team performance
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a
supervisory or management role
within hospitality or retail
A confident leader who
leads by example
Organised, reliable and calm under pressure
Thrives in a
fast-paced environment
and can increase pace when busy
Excellent communication and people-management skills
