Key Responsibilities:

Asisst with leading and managing a team while ensuring the highest level of customer service Complete daily tasks efficiently and on time, ensuring smooth operations Be attentive to guests' needs, recognizing when assistance is required Maintain allergy awareness and meet all guest expectations Manage stock ordering, rota planning, and team training Uphold food hygiene standards at all times Handle high-pressure situations confidently and calmly

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a cafe supervisory role Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing needs Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude Knowledge of food hygiene and allergen awareness Capable of working well under pressure
