Are you a motivated self starter able to run a cafe and small pizza restaurant?

We are looking for a strong supervisor who fast paced customer service and has the experience to lead shifts with a small team on a beautiful local cafe / restaurant.

You will be shift leader for the day to day operations, delivering exceptional customer experience for a cafe and pizza restaurant ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols in a brand new area in Brent Cross Town.

The role will suit someone who has been working in fast paced cafes / restaurants but now wants a more relaxed environment to work and strong development potential while the area becomes busy and vibrant due to brand new flats / offices and parkland.

Duties

Lead cafe staff, providing training and support to ensure excellent service delivery. Oversee food preparation and production processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain inventory control, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Ensure the cafe & restaurant is clean, organised, and well-presented at all times.

Skills

Proven leadership abilities with supervisory experience within a restaurant or cafe setting. Strong background in food production and preparation, with knowledge of culinary techniques. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to multitask effectively in any environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with bartending practices is advantageous but not essential. Strong organisational skills to manage day-to-day operations efficiently. A passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences for guests.
