Summary

As a Cafe Supervisor at Lynwood & Co, you will lead our dedicated team in delivering exceptional customer experiences while managing daily operations. Your role is vital in maintaining our commitment to quality, community engagement, and the overall success of our cafe.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily cafe operations ensuring high standards of service and product quality. Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service. Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining food safety standards. Create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our values of generosity and community. Develop menus that highlight local ingredients and seasonal offerings. Coordinate with local producers to ensure the best products are served. Engage with customers to foster relationships and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or food service industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and staff alike. Passion for coffee culture and commitment to quality service.

Pay: 10.80-13.50 per hour
