Job Description
Boo's kitchen is a popular independent located in the village of Mumbles. Offering speciality coffee, raw juices, and locally sourced wholesome plant based food.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable, hands on supervisor where the focus is giving the customer an exceptional experience. We are a close knit team and are looking for the right person to join us!
The role will involve working with the manager to oversee all aspects of the front of house operation.
The ideal candidate will be barista trained, used to working in a fast paced environment and have supervisor experience.
Level 2 food hygiene desirable.
Hours - 5 days a week, including weekends ( working every other weekend).
Discounted food, drink and other incentives.
Candidate must drive or live within walking distance.
Pay is based on age and experience.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the cafe, ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing exceptional hospitality. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 42 per week
