Base: Bryngarw Country Park Cafe
Status: Temporary up to 6 months
Accountable to: Hotel Manager

We are recruiting a Cafxc3xa9 Supervisor at Bryngarw Country Park.
Day-to-day duties and responsibilities include supervising the smooth and efficient operational management of the cafxc3xa9, providing excellent customer service and maximising revenue. The cafxc3xa9 supervisor will lead by example, ensure food safety management systems are adhered to and effectively roster staff.
Successful applicants will be resourceful, flexible and have a positive and motivational approach to support colleagues. They will work will in a busy environment and be able to manage multiple priorities, and also set a high standard of performance to meet customer expectations.
This role requires keyholding responsibilities.
