We are looking for an experienced Potting Shed Supervisor to join our Potting Shed team.



The on target earning potential for this role is 33,508.80 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising of a base salary of 27,268.80, plus a qualified estimate of 6,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:

As Potting Shed Supervisor you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our members and guests as well as overseeing the smooth operational running of the Potting Shed Cafe. Your role will include, preparing and serving a wide range of hot beverages, opening, and closing the cafe and maintaining all hot beverage related equipment. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring the potting shed team members to deliver a high level of hot beverage related items exceeding members' needs and expectations every time. An expert level of hot drinks experience is vital, upholding the highest standards and ensuring the member and guest experience is always in line with Estelle Manor standards.

About gratuities service charge:

Gratuities (tips) are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role. * It is estimated that in 2025, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of 6,000 in addition to their annual salary.
