Job Title: Cafe Team Member & Soft Play Support

Job Summary:

We are looking for a warm, experienced, and reliable Cafe Team Member to join our team in a dual role supporting both our cafe and soft play area. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on customer service experience, including barista-level coffee preparation, and a genuine passion for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for families and children.

Key Responsibilities:

Cafe Duties:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks to a consistently high standard Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, family-focused setting Operate the till, handle payments, and maintain accurate cash handling Keep cafe counters, food preparation areas, and displays clean and well-stocked Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Soft Play Support:

Regularly clean and sanitise the soft play structures and surrounding areas Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the day Support the team in keeping the play area tidy, safe, and enjoyable for children Assist with deep cleaning routines and end-of-day procedures Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly to management
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience (preferably 5 years) in hospitality or cafe settings Proven barista experience with strong coffee-making skills Friendly, professional, and comfortable working around children and families Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety Flexible availability including weekends and school holidays Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team

Pay: 12.21-12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week
