you will be an ambassador for the Daylesford brand and offer an engaged service to our cliental.

SALARY:

12.43 per hour + tronc

HOURS:

Full time (weekend flexibility is a must)

YOUR ROLE

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, answer questions about the menu, and ensure a pleasant dining experience. Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages, as well as food items, following established recipes and quality standards. Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cafe by cleaning tables, counters, equipment, and the overall environment regularly. Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations, including restocking supplies, assisting in inventory management, and supporting each other during busy periods. ABOUT YOU

Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment as a cafe team leader would be highly advantageous, but not a necessity as full training will be given. Daylesford is open 7 days a week, so flexibility to cover a variety of shifts including weekends is essential.
