Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cafe Team Members to join our vibrant team for the Summer holidays.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting in food preparation and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

This is a temporary position from August - end September

Duties

Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations. Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and efficiently, while providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods, demonstrating effective time management skills.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or cafe environment Barista training desirable An understanding of food safety practices is essential to maintain high standards of hygiene. Excellent time management skills are necessary to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 weeks

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
