Academy Espresso bars is a family owned group of coffee shops with a euro cafe bar vibe. Are you energetic, passionate and people focused enough to become part of our team?

We are looking to recruit experienced supervisors to work within our team at a new site opening on Whitchurch Road, Cardiff.

This position would suit either a supervisor or team leader who has a passion for customer service and relishes the chance to contribute their ideas towards a growing brand.

To apply for this supervisor role, you should have previous barista/bar experience - at supervisor or team leader level.

The duties would include;-

-Supporting the management team in all daily operations

-Leading by example as an integral part of the front-of-house operation

-Delivering excellent customer service at all times

-Running the shift and team in the absence of the manager

-Dealing with all customer enquiries in a prompt and courteous manner

-To be a strong and diligent leader

-Possess an excellent work ethic

-Be creative & confident

-Have great organisational skills
