We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, specifically breakfast and brunch/lunch dishes as well as kitchen management, demonstrating exceptional culinary skills and a commitment to food safety and quality.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to recipes and portion control guidelines.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Plan menus in collaboration with management, considering seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Manage inventory, ordering supplies as needed to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
Monitor food production processes to maintain quality and consistency.
Engage with guests to receive feedback on menu items and enhance their dining experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Proficient in various cooking techniques and cuisines, showcasing creativity in menu development.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation and service.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
