Full-Time & Part-Time Cafe Assistants / Kitchen Team Members/ Party Hosts

We're looking for passionate, adaptable individuals to join our team in a varied and exciting role across our kitchen, party hosting, and front-of-house cafe operations. We are recruiting a number of permanent positions with flexible contracted hours:

o Full-time:

4- 5 days per week (32-40 hours)

o Part-time:

8-24 hours per week (weekends available) - we can tailor shifts for the right candidate

The Little Bees

is set to become one of Yorkshire's best soft-play centres, taking over the Kidzplay site in Harrogate under brand-new management.

Our centre includes:
A large soft-play frame
Sensory and role-play areas
5 star rated busy cafe
Magical children's birthday parties hosting

We're investing heavily in refurbishment over the coming weeks - it's an exciting time to join a business that's growing, improving, and becoming the talk of the town.

The Role

We believe in putting the right people in the right place at the right time. Depending on your strengths, you may rotate between:

Hosting children's birthday parties (mainly weekends) Assisting in the cafe and serving customers Supporting the kitchen with food preparation
No two days will be the same, so flexibility, energy, and a positive attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting and engaging with customers - making their day is your #1 mission Supporting kitchen operations and food preparation Becoming a confident Barista (full training provided) Using the till, restocking, pot washing, general cafe duties Communicating with customers in person, by phone, and email Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping throughout the centre

What We're Looking For

Experience in hospitality, customer service, or kitchens is desirable but

not essential

A friendly, positive, "can-do" mindset A reliable team player with strong attention to detail Someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment Pride in delivering memorable experiences for families
