On behalf of DWP we are looking for a CAFM Change Manager for a 4 month (until 31/03/26) Inside IR35 contract. Hybrid working with 3 days per week in either Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle, Blackpool or Glasgow.

In this role you will lead and deliver change management activities for the CAFM programme, with a strong emphasis on owning changes to the CAFM Critical Data Set (CCDS) and associated workflows. You will ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems, driving assurance and stakeholder engagement to enable a smooth transition to the future operating state.
As a CAFM Change Manager your main responsibilities will be to:
Collaborate with Technical Owner (Transformation Lead) and own the change control process for CCDS updates, ensuring compliance with governance and quality standards.
Monitor and report on change readiness and adoption metrics.
Facilitate the Design and functional changes to maintain CAFM workflows.
Act as a trusted advisor to business functional leads, securing commitment to change.
Deliver coaching and guidance to stakeholders at all levels to build capability and confidence in new ways of working aligned to workflow processes.
Ensure seamless integration of CCDS-driven workflows with existing systems and operational procedures.
Communicate change clearly through tailored messaging and engagement plans.
