The role

As a CAFM Support Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our asset maintenance operations, supporting the management and optimisation of our Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system. This is a dynamic and impactful role where your work will directly support the Royal Navy and the Ministry of Defence, helping ensure the safety and reliability of critical infrastructure.



Day-to-day, you'll be part of a collaborative team that maintains essential data, delivers insightful reports, and provides training to users across the business. Managing and maintaining asset records within the CAFM system Producing and controlling maintenance schedules to meet contractual and regulatory requirements Supporting stakeholders with data analysis and reporting using Crystal Reports Delivering tailored training to system users, including new starters and refresher sessions Collaborating with internal teams to improve maintenance strategies and compliance

Essential experience of the CAFM Support Engineer:

Using CAFM systems or managing software/database records Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Experience with Crystal reporting tools (desirable) Delivering systems training to users (desirable) Working with SharePoint for data management (desirable)

Qualifications

Educated to Level 3 in a STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) - e.g. A Level or equivalent

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
