Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor food quality and presentation, making adjustments as necessary to meet guest expectations. Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate innovative techniques into menu offerings.

Experience

Experience as a Chef Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management within a kitchen environment. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is required. Previous experience in culinary roles that involve leadership responsibilities is highly desirable. A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service is crucial.
