The main purpose of the roles will be to lead the production of industrial and high volume dessert and cake production and preparation tasks to the highest standard. Leading a small team (1-5 people) This role will encompass all general kitchen duties, setting mousse cakes, decorating and finishing cakes and cupcakes, preparing preparing desserts, making ganaches, filling and assembling desserts, decorating and boxing . Full training is provided and this is an ideal platform for someone who wishes to develop a career as a Patisserie Chef.
