We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for data entry, and the ability to analyse customer needs while promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls from customers with professionalism and courtesy Provide accurate information regarding products and services Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner Conduct data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records Utilise upselling techniques to promote additional products or services based on customer needs Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while ensuring a positive customer experience Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve issues Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance

Experience

Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish and English, are highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers Good analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Familiarity with upselling techniques is advantageous
