The Role
We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our call centre team. You'll be the friendly voice guiding customers through their bookings, answering questions, and making sure every interaction leaves them excited about their experience. No two days are the same, and you'll be at the heart of everything we do.
What You'll Be Doing
Taking inbound calls and providing a top-class service every time
Guiding customers through our experiences and services with confidence
Logging calls and keeping customer records accurate and up-to-date
Escalating queries when needed to ensure quick resolutions
Meeting team targets and contributing to a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Working closely with colleagues to make every customer journey seamless
Who You Are
Confident, personable, and able to build rapport quickly
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Accurate and detail-focused when recording information
Comfortable working to targets and performance goals
Previous call centre or customer service experience is a bonus but not essential - attitude matters most
