Our shift pattern combines 3 weekday evening shifts (4:00 PM-9:00 PM) with one weekend shift (8:00 AM-4:00 PM) on either Saturday or Sunday.
We are looking for a
Customer Service Advisor
to join an exciting global organisation in central Milton Keynes. As a leading player in the insurance industry, our client puts their people at the heart of everything they do. They pride themselves on providing an exceptional service for their clients, as well as ensuring the happiness and growth of their employees.
Responsibilities:
Act as first point of contact for customers looking to make claims, via telephone and email
Communicating with 3rd parties in the event of incidents
Data input, ensuring all information is captured and inputted onto internal systems
Liaising with claim handlers to ensure efficiency of claims completion
Supporting team with adhoc duties when necessary
About you;
Excellent customer service experience
Strong organisation skills and high level of attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and with a varied workload
Team player with passion for helping others
Proactive, able to work with initiative
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.85 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
