Part-Time Call Centre Advisors - Evenings & Sundays

Heaton Mersey, Stockport (close to Didsbury, with excellent transport links)

We're on the lookout for

two enthusiastic and reliable Call Centre Advisors

to join our friendly team.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service skills in a professional but supportive environment. You'll be the first point of contact for homeowners using our comparison service, confirming their details, and matching them with trusted local installers. You'll also get the chance to work on specialist campaigns for our clients, handling enquiries and booking appointments directly.

Hours below will be on a rolling rota

Week 1

- Sunday -10:00 -18:00

Week 2

- Wednesday - 8:30-16:45

Monday - 8:30-16:45 Thursday - 11:30 - 20:00

Tuesday - 8:30 -16:45 Friday - 8:30-16:45

What you'll be doing:

Answering inbound calls or responding to inbound enquiries from homeowners and confirming enquiry details. Matching customers with local, approved home improvement companies. Working on dedicated client campaigns, following up leads and booking appointments. Updating and managing customer records on our systems (full training given). Delivering a professional and friendly service at all times.

Friendly, confident telephone manner. Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude. Ability to follow processes and use basic computer systems. Someone who enjoys working with people and helping customers.
This role is a great fit for anyone looking for part-time work 22.5 hours per week

14,285.70 per Annum with on target earnings of 16,700.00
