Job Title: Elite Call Handler (Part-Time, Second Language Speaking Essential one of following ; Punjabi, Romanian, Portuguese)Job Overview:
We are looking for a
highly capable, flexible, and experienced Elite Call Handler
to join our growing legal intake team. This is a
part-time role (10 hours per week)
, ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive and complex client enquiries.
You will be the
first point of contact
for new personal injury and housing disrepair clients -- assessing the claim's potential, handling initial objections, and ensuring a professional and compassionate client experience.
Key Duties:
Take
inbound legal enquiries
via phone (work accidents, public liability, housing disrepair)
Conduct
first-call screening
using our intake checklist
Manage clients sensitively, especially in serious injury matters
Record detailed call notes and escalate strong leads for CNF preparation
Liaise with the wider legal and marketing teams to ensure accurate handovers
Provide leadership on high-risk or high-value calls
Essential Requirements:
Fluent in Punjabi (spoken essential)
- must be able to conduct entire calls in Punjabi
Strong spoken and written English
Excellent telephone manner with the ability to remain calm and confident under pressure
Clear understanding of the legal claims process (training can be given)
Ability to work independently and flexibly
Available for at least
10 hours per week
, ideally across peak times
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in a
legal or customer intake/call centre role
Familiarity with
housing disrepair
and
accident claims
Knowledge of CRM systems and call handling software
Additional languages (e.g., Urdu, Romanian, Portuguese) are a plus
