We're now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Call Centre Handler to join our dedicated team to outreach to our existing Retailers encouraging re stock orders.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to encourage existing Retailers to place re stock orders. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry into the system. Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and professionalism during all communications. Build rapport with existing Retailers, providing a friendly link with weekly to fortnightly calls, checking in on sales progress and replenishment needs, along with providing advice as required. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices.

What we're looking for

Strong knowledge of effective sales strategies. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is essential. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in English is essential; multilingual candidates are also encouraged to apply. GCSE Grade C / Grade 4 or above in English. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills. A Team spirit with a strong desire to learn and grow.
