About The Role




Our brand-new Care Centre has now launched and we are seeking a Call Centre Manager!





This is an exciting newopportunity for someone to continue building a new department, make data lead strategic decisions and lead our care centre team. This is a pivotal role within Colosseum Dental, and we need someone passionate about data, AI systems and sales, as well as delivering exceptional patient care, driving commercial success, and building a high-performing, positive culture.



This is a new role that blends data lead decision making, operational excellence, visionary leadership, and commercial acumen! You will also manage 4 x regional Team Leaders.



We are looking for someone who is all about data, has AI systems experience, sales experience and is also great with people and excited about introducing new technology to enhance our patient experience and drive results.



This is a flexible hybrid role, with days to be worked at home as well as travel to regional dental clinics.



Our Care Centre will be open 7-days per week and will require flexible working across 08:00 - 20:00 Monday to Sunday.

Are data driven Experience with AI systems is essential and the ability to leverage data and insights to boost results Sales experience and proven success in driving revenue growth and business performance Experience in coaching, training, and onboarding dynamic teams A background in team leadership and operational management Call centre managerial experience A dental background would be beneficial
