Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services while ensuring a positive customer experience. Perform data entry tasks efficiently, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Demonstrate effective phone etiquette to foster strong relationships with customers. Identify opportunities for upselling products or services based on customer needs. Assist multilingual customers, particularly those who are bilingual in Spanish and English, ensuring clear communication. Analyse customer feedback to improve service delivery and enhance overall satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus. Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is essential. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
