We operate 24/7, so whether you're looking for weekend-only, out-of-hours, weekday evenings, or mixed shift patterns, we have flexible opportunities to suit your lifestyle.
What You'll Do
Answer inbound and outbound calls, handling each with care, respect, and professionalism.
Book appointments, log calls accurately, and gather key patient or customer details.
Provide reassurance and clarity, keeping callers informed every step of the way.
Work collaboratively with your team and shift managers to ensure smooth service delivery.
Support administrative tasks and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Keep up with required training and support the team as needed during busy periods.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Ability to prioritise, stay calm under pressure, and make sound decisions.
Empathy and sensitivity toward people from diverse backgrounds and situations.
Confidence working independently and as part of a close-knit team.
Good literacy and numeracy skills.
