New Patient Enquiry Specialist

Location:- Harley Street

Salary: 30,000 per year + bonus (10 per booking above monthly target)

We're looking for a confident, sales-focused and polished New Patient Enquiry Specialist to handle incoming leads and convert them into booked consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp Build trust and rapport quickly with new patients Explain treatments and recommend next steps Follow up with leads to maximise conversions Track performance using CRM tools

Ideal Candidate:

Sales background (healthcare, aesthetics, luxury retail or recruitment ideal) Excellent phone manner and written communication Driven by performance and targets Organised and tech-savvy (Software of Excellence a bonus) Dental knowledge is helpful but not essential
