We are seeking a Call Handler / Administrator, the successful candidate will ideally have experience in customer service and admin. We are a fresh food wholesaler and due to an increase in business we need to add to our friendly team. The hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am - 6pm and Saturday 7am - 12pm.
Duties
Answer incoming calls
Inputting orders into our system
Updating and developing our social media
Providing excellent customer service
Dealing with daily issues and finding solutions to problems
Ordering produce from suppliers
Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow efficiency
