We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and have a background in administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in various computer applications and will involve managing data entry, clerical duties, and providing excellent phone etiquette.

Responsibilities



Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation and management Maintain organised records and files, ensuring easy retrieval of information Assist with administrative duties, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars Process transactions using QuickBooks as needed Support team members with clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations

Experience



Previous office experience is essential for this role Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace Administrative experience with a focus on organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues Typing skills with a high level of accuracy required Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus, but not mandatory Previous clerical experience will be advantageous

Pay: 23,873.60-24,000.00 per year
