Duties

Provide expert advice on patient care strategies and best practices in clinical settings. Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs, particularly in ICU and hospice environments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of patients. Engage in clinical research to support evidence-based practices and improve healthcare delivery. Utilise knowledge of medical imaging to assist in diagnostic processes and treatment planning. Educate healthcare staff on medication administration protocols and public health initiatives. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform consultations and recommendations. Advocate for senior care programmes that enhance the quality of life for elderly patients.

Experience

Proven experience in clinical settings, particularly within ICU, hospice care, or home care environments. Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and their application in healthcare improvement. Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and their relevance to patient diagnosis and treatment. Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality patient care with a focus on public health initiatives. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences. A background in senior care is highly desirable, showcasing a commitment to enhancing the lives of older adults.
