We're exited to offer an opportunity for a Band 7 Schools In-Reach Team Lead to join our forward-thinking and supportive service. This role sits within the wider leadership and management structure of the CAMHS Early Intervention Prevention and Promotion (EIPP) services in Gwynedd and Mon. It is pivotal in bridging the gap between schools and specialist services, working in partnership with education staff and the 'whole system' to promote early identification, prevention, and intervention for children and young people experiencing emotional or mental health challenges.
This role offers an opportunity to directly shape and grow the evolving Schools In-Reach service and therefore we are seeking a qualified professional with excellent leadership abilities and managerial skills who has significant post-qualification experience. Commitment to service improvement and transformation is key to this role.
Welsh language fluency is essential for this post.

The ability to drive/travel across the two counties is essential and on occasions across the North Wales region. The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post and would be an advantage when working alongside schools within the Gwynedd and Mon areas. Please note if you are unable to work full time, alternative working patterns will be considered. Please note this post is predominately working with adults, working indirectly with children through the provision of consultation, and building the capacity of education staff to respond to the emerging mental health needs of children and young people, a knowledge and/or experience of working with people across the life span would be advantage.
