As part of Mott MacDonald\xe2\x80\x99s EUNA Marketing team, and reporting into the senior marketing campaign manager, the campaign activation executive will be responsible for accelerating and strengthening our go-to-market ability.

For this new role, the successful candidate will help to shape campaigns, and will need to be a specialist in digital marketing activation, experienced in tailoring activity to engage and convert business audiences.

The campaign activation executive will proactively monitor and report on campaign performance, with a focus on B2B engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.

The individual will be highly organised, a creative thinker with an eye for detail, who relishes taking on a challenge. A skilled communicator, who is experienced at proactively liaising with a wide network of professionals, and enjoys working in a collaborative way.

Candidate Specification
Essential;

  • Experience of building out campaigns on advanced marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo, HubSpot or Force24.
  • Experience of publishing content to websites, using and supporting CRM, SEO, and marketing analytics tools, such as SEMRush and Google Analytics.
  • Experience of managing organic and paid social media, including but not limited to: Google ads, remarketing ads, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience of marketing collaboration platforms, such as Airtable, Optimisely or HubSpot Marketing.

Desirable;
  • Skilled at keeping abreast of the latest B2B marketing trends and best practices, integrating this knowledge into day-to-day tasks.
  • Marketing degree or chartered member of CIM or similar.
