Role Purpose: Leads the development and execution of all Regional and Local marketing campaigns for new stores, any reactive support, and the management of in-store radio. Works with the Campaign and Advertising Managers on the development of new national trading and brand campaigns, for use across Customer & Digital, and on media planning and creative production across all paid advertising channels.
What's the job?
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
Local Marketing

• Leading the development of all new campaign creative for the new store launch programme. This includes all creative direction for wider marketing channels and all media planning and creative execution for paid advertising.
• Developing all follow-on campaigns for stores requiring further, reactive support.
• Managing the in-store radio programme, including vendor management and creative execution

National Campaign Creative

• Leading the development of our trading campaigns, working alongside Customer Planning Managers to make sure its fit for purpose for all channels across Customer & Digital.
• Working alongside the Campaign and Advertising Managers in large-scale brand campaign development (Ease, Prices Nailed, Responsible Business).
• Partnering with both Customer Planning and Commercial to make sure the campaigns meet both business and channel requirements.
• Managing our in-house studio and external creative agencies to develop campaign creative.
• Reporting on the effectiveness of our campaigns and optimisation plans for improvement.

National Advertising Execution

• Working alongside the Campaign and Advertising Managers in the media strategy and planning for our trading activity.
• Working on specific projects with the Campaign and Advertising Managers in the creative execution of our advertising campaigns.
• Reporting on the effectiveness of our advertising and our optimisation plans for improvement.

Financial Reporting & Budget Management

• Lead on managing our Local and ISR budget (c.1.5m)
• Support on managing our production budget (c.3m).
• Support on managing our Trading media budget (c.6m).
• Raising POs and GRNs of invoices.

What we need:
Required Skills & Experience:

• End-to-end creative and campaign development experience
• Confident evaluating and challenging media strategies with agencies and senior stakeholders
• Proven experience leading national and local marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Comfortable working across internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners
• Strong project management skills across multiple concurrent projects
