We are seeking a dynamic Campaigns and Communications Manager to lead the charge in elevating our brand, boosting engagement and driving growth across multiple channels.

As our Campaign & Communications Manager, you'll be at the heart of our marketing team, developing and delivering high-impact campaigns that build brand reputation, drive awareness, and support our organisational goals. From crafting compelling content to managing media relations and social media strategy, you'll be the voice behind our message.


What you'll be doing




Leading strategic communication campaigns across digital, print, media, and social platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success. Creating engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. Building strong relationships with journalists and influencers. Driving our social media strategy to grow brand presence and community. Analysing campaign performance and reporting on impact and ROI.

What we're looking for




3-5+ years' experience in campaign development and communications Proven success in delivering measurable campaign results Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills Expertise in content marketing and social media tools Project management proficiency Analytical mindset and ability to juggle multiple projects Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field

Essential Criteria

Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices. Experience with social media management platforms and
content creation tools (a plus).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills. Proficient in project management methodologies. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Criteria:




Ideally a specialist qualification such as Chartered Institute of Marketing or IPA Foundation.
