You will work within the Marketing team and will manage the development and deployment of consumer marketing programmes for Royal Mail and Parcelforce. You will deliver fully integrated paid media campaign and CRM activity.





About the role



You'll lead the deployment of multi-channel marketing strategy and campaign plans with measurable results to deliver the commercial goals. You'll look after development of activation strategy including creative development, targeting, production, tracking and reporting across all channels. You'll ensure marketing campaigns and activities meet the agreed KPIs and ROI. Managing the external agency relationships and managing campaign budgets and forecasting will also be a part of your role.


About You







To truly excel in this role, you'll possess, and be able to evidence, the skills and experience listed below:

In depth understanding of all media channels and metrics. Covering: social media, PPC, digital display, and other paid channels as well CRM email and direct mail Ability to judge and provide recommendations on creative, content and design work. Excellent written skills, analytical, budget management, planning and presentation skills. Excellent project management and ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously to deadlines Strong attention to detail with good planning and organisation skills Proven experience in the development and management of successful integrated promotional campaigns working across all media with agency and stakeholder management Marketing or Digital Marketing qualification (e.g. CIM or IDM) desirable
