Your Role
As our Campaigns Manager, you will lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and growth via qualified leads. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role at the heart of PayItMonthly's growth strategy responsible for driving partner acquisition, re?engagement and brand credibility across priority sectors.
Working closely with the Brand Marketing Exec, Digital Marketing Exec, UI Designer and external freelance support, you will oversee high?impact campaigns across paid channels, digital and in-store, PR, content and partnerships -- ensuring consistent messaging, strong ROI and measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities (Next 12 Months)
Digital Acquisition Campaigns - Help build our growth engine
Lead and deliver a mixture of always?on and targeted digital acquisition campaigns designed to drive partner sign?ups across priority verticals such as Automotive and Online retail.
Core ownership includes:
Own and optimise PerMax and Paid Social campaigns to maximise ROI and lead quality (freelance / agency support available where required)
Drive conversion optimisation across key landing pages and partner journeys with the UI Designer and Brand Content Exec
Build structured quarterly acquisition pushes aligned to network launches, sector campaigns and national partnerships
Lead LinkedIn content and strategic influencer partnerships to drive brand authority, reach and partner acquisition across priority sectors.
Maintain and manage the marketing calendar to ensure alignment across campaigns, launches and re?engagement activity
Success will be measured through partner sign?ups, cost per acquisition, acquired partner placement and overall marketing ROI.
Re?Engagement, Loyalty & Partner Growth Campaigns
Own marketing?led partner re?engagement and loyalty initiatives designed to increase placements, drive plan upgrades and strengthen long?term relationships.
Key initiatives include:
Develop and launch trigger?based re?engagement campaigns across email, in?app messaging and paid channels
Execute an "Awaiting First Agreement" campaign to convert inactive partners into active users
Deliver year?on?year partner growth campaigns using incentives, success stories and multi?channel deployment
Introduce structured Plan Upgrade campaigns to encourage movement to Plus and Pro plans, improving partner profitability
Support the rollout of a tiered partner engagement programme to reward loyalty and advocacy
Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Exec to create and promote testimonials, case studies and social proof
Support loyalty initiatives such as improved POS materials, helpful content and tailored partner offers
Success will be measured through lapsed re?activation rates, placement growth, plan upgrades and partner feedback scores.
Social, PR, Brand & Corporate Reputation
Support the Head of Marketing with Developing and execute a structured PR and social media strategy to enhance national and sector?level credibility
Support CSR initiatives that reinforce trust, responsibility and brand values
Support ambassador partnerships and brand?level campaigns
Website & Content Optimisation
Lead website journey improvements focused on conversion and engagement
Deliver a content review aligned to audience needs within priority sectors
Support messaging development for national and network partners based on competitor insights
What We're Looking For
3+ years' experience in campaign or growth marketing
Strong track record delivering data?driven acquisition and retention campaigns
Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience across digital marketing, paid media and content
Commercial mindset with clear focus on ROI and performance
B2B experience preferred but not essential
