Hybrid with travel to Swindon HQ one day per week

50,000 - 55,000 p/a + full benefits

We're looking for a

Campaign Marketing Manager

with a passion for B2B marketing and a proven track record in running multi-channel campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves driving measurable results, and wants to play a pivotal role in shaping our market presence in the LegalTech space.


What you'll do




Develop and execute

integrated marketing campaigns

across digital, email, social, paid, and offline channels to generate qualified leads and build brand awareness. Collaborate with

Sales, Product, and Customer Service

teams to align campaigns with business objectives and sales targets. Plan and implement

go-to-market strategies

for new products and services. Create

compelling campaign messaging and content

, working with internal experts and external agencies to ensure alignment with tmGroup's brand and voice. Manage and optimise

paid campaigns

(LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, third-party B2B platforms), monitoring KPIs such as lead quality, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition. Build and manage

automated marketing programs

, workflows, and lead scoring in collaboration with our CRM Manager. Analyse and report on campaign performance, using

data-driven insights

to refine strategy and optimise ROI. Support

account-based marketing

strategies for key prospects and enterprise clients.

About you




Proven experience in B2B marketing

, ideally in technology, software, or professional services. Expertise in

multi-channel campaign planning and execution

, including digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation. Strong

analytical skills

, with experience using Google Analytics, marketing dashboards, and A/B testing to optimise performance. Proficient with

marketing automation platforms

(Pardot/Salesforce preferred) and paid advertising tools (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads). Creative, strategic thinker with excellent

project management skills

and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Strong

written and verbal communication

, capable of crafting compelling campaign messaging and engaging content. Collaborative team player, comfortable working across

cross-functional teams

in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:

Experience in LegalTech, PropTech, or conveyancing-related marketing.
