Campaign & Marketing Officer in West Midlands, Coventry

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Campaign & Marketing Officer to join our client in West Midlands, Coventry. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing campaigns across entire program.

Responsibilities

• Implement and deliver campaigns across a range of online and offline channels ensuring that robust measuring and reporting is in place.
• Work with project teams to understand the customer journey, analyse data trends, deliver insight and ensure continuous improvement in campaigns.
• Work with colleagues across the broader communications team to make sure that campaigns are integrated across all our core channels including internal, PR, community comms, and social media.
• Liaise with delivery teams and agencies including digital, creative, and print to ensure that campaigns are on-brief, deliver against our core objectives, are on time and on budget.
• Provide regular updates to key stakeholders across the business about the success of our marketing campaigns, key insight and recommendations for future campaigns.
• Ensure that we are managing and monitoring campaign KPIs, metrics and measures.
• Make sure all campaigns are on brand and reinforce our brand strategy.
• Produce high quality marketing content including copy writing for collateral and materials to support campaigns for a range of online and offline channels.

• 1-2 years\' experience in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Salesforce.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and best practices.
• Able to work independently and multi-task with minimal supervision.
• BSc/BA in marketing, communications, or related field.
