Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Commercial Goals:
Own the end-to-end planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all relevant channels (digital, social, email, print).
Set clear, commercially-focused campaign objectives (e.g., lead volume, qualified pipeline, revenue targets) and track performance against defined KPIs (ROI).
Conduct market and competitor analysis to ensure campaign themes and messaging is relevant, timely, and strategically positioned.

2. Creative Development & Content Execution:
Develop compelling campaign concepts, messaging, and calls-to-action (CTAs) that directly address audience pain points and drive conversion.
Be hands-on in the creation of content: write compelling ad copy, engaging email sequences, and high-converting landing page text.
Create, adapt, and source necessary visual assets and imagery for campaigns, ensuring all deliverables meet brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Support the SEO content strategy for non-campaign assets (blogs and guides), including keyword research and content briefing, to improve organic visibility.
3. Audience & Data Acquisition:
Develop a deep understanding of target audience segments and define precise targeting criteria for all campaigns.
Prospect contact identification and data enrichment to ensure segmented lists are available to fuel campaign activity.
Collaborate on the creation of segmented audience lists and provide scheduled content to the Digital Marketing Specialist (DMS) for technical deployment within HubSpot.
4. Performance Monitoring & Optimisation:
Provide in-depth, campaign-specific performance reporting on lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI to the DMS, Sales Manager, and CEO.
Use campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and provide recommendations for future campaign refinement and strategic adjustments.
