About the Team:



This role sits within the newly formalised Campaign Planning Team, a function that acts as a critical bridge between Sales and Operational teams at native. You'll support the design and coordination of campaign proposals that are both creatively engaging and operationally sound, helping ensure that campaigns can be executed at scale with confidence and quality.



You'll be key in making sure our proposals are not only inspiring but also feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with native's evolving Ad Product offerings.



What you'll be doing:



This role is critical to ensuring every campaign we deliver is strategically sound, operationally efficient, and aligned with client goals. As Campaign Planning Lead, you'll be the central point between sales, delivery, and creative, translating briefs into robust campaign plans and timelines.



Specifically, you'll be responsible for:



Leading end-to-end campaign planning across digital and experiential channels Translating client objectives into executable campaign strategies and timelines Working closely with Sales and Delivery to scope feasibility and ensure resource alignment Managing internal briefs and ensuring stakeholders have clarity on roles and timelines Coordinating dependencies across teams, spotting risks early, and troubleshooting blockers Refining and standardising our campaign planning frameworks to drive consistency and scalability Collaborating with Data & Reporting teams to ensure campaigns are measurable and results-driven
