Who we're looking for



An enthusiastic marketing professional with experience specialising in the management and delivery of marketing assets as part of campaign and project activity. They will be adept at coordinating the creation, adaptation, and localisation of assets, ensuring they are on-brand, compliant, and optimised for various regions. Familiarity with tools like Bynder, Contentstack CMS, Pardot, and those for asset translation is essential.




This role involves the delivery of campaign assets across a wide range of digital, and some non-digital, media. You'll collaborate closely with our extensive network of regional offices to manage localisation and translation, apply and monitor UTM parameters to templates, and make image and content edits when needed.




Additionally, the successful candidate will be proficient across a number of marketing platforms including those for social media distribution, campaign measurement, website CMS and translation tools.

The team



The Planning and Production team is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns and projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional needs.




We are also responsible for the creative production workflow and collaborating cross-department for campaign performance reporting. We are a high-performing team, encouraging a collaborative and agile culture.









What you'll do



Produce, adapt, and localise campaign assets across a wider range of digital, and some non-digital, media, ensuring they are aligned with regional requirements, brand guidelines, and regulatory compliance. Deliver email campaigns, build webpages, adapt advertising creative etc. using a variety of digital marketing tools and platforms. Engage with regional hubs, all CoEs, and channel owners to tailor campaign assets for different markets while ensuring consistency. Support the delivery of non-campaign assets, solus activity, strategic client campaigns and other components required by regional and central business functions. Platform & technical support - Support the optimisation of SEO & metadata execution and troubleshoot platform issues.

The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help



1-3 years of campaign asset management, with a proven ability to manage the end-to-end creation, delivery and optimisation of campaign components. An expert level of understanding of digital marketing platforms including: Contentstack, Pardot, Uplifter, Google analytics, Oktopost, Brandwatch, Bynder, Translation Hub, Happyscribe among others (training will be provided where necessary) Experience in monitoring the performance of marketing assets and campaigns. Working within regulatory constraints and adhering to brand guidelines.
