The Role



We're looking for a Campaigns Assistant to support our growing creator campaigns division. You'll work alongside our Operations Manager to help run brand deals from start to finish, from pulling briefs and creator stats to helping track deliverables and timelines. This is a perfect entry-level role for someone eager to break into influencer marketing and grow in a high-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in coordinating influencer marketing campaigns across Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms Track deliverables and deadlines across ClickUp, Google Sheets, and internal dashboards Draft creator comms based on client briefs and ensure instructions are clearly shared Support with post-campaign reporting, gathering stats, screenshots, and links Help build pitch decks and internal campaign documents Ensure campaign folders, contracts, and assets are stored correctly Work closely with account managers and creators to troubleshoot delivery or timing issues Provide administrative support such as scheduling, tracking payment statuses, or logging campaign stages

Who We're Looking For



Highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent written communication and comfortable talking to creators Familiarity with social platforms (Twitch, TikTok, YouTube) Some experience with tools like ClickUp or Google Sheet is a plus A strong interest in gaming, content creation, and internet culture Able to work independently and juggle multiple deadlines at once Previous agency or influencer experience is nice to have, but not required
