Job Description

Campaigns & Growth Marketing Executive

Location:

Banbury / Hybrid Remote (2-3 days per week in-office optional)

Assure UK and Progress Accountants are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered. We believe that diversity of thought and experience drives better outcomes for our team and clients, and we actively encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds, experiences, and identities.

About the Role

Assure UK and Progress Accountants are modern, advisory-driven firms at the cutting edge of tech, finance, and business growth. We're hiring a data-savvy Campaigns & Growth Marketing Executive to lead our marketing strategy, drive targeted campaigns, and deliver measurable growth.

You'll be joining a small but ambitious team that includes an award-winning short film director and creative strategist. This is a chance to build something meaningful from the ground up, with freedom to experiment and directly impact business performance.

What You'll Do

Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across SEO, email, paid ads (LinkedIn/Google), and partnerships. Build and manage marketing funnels to drive leads in our niche sectors: construction, film, music, and professional services. Own our CRM system and set up email nurturing, audience segmentation, and automation workflows. Set and track KPIs: CAC, CPL, MQLs, conversion rates, and marketing-attributed revenue. Leverage AI tools to improve campaign targeting, email workflows, segmentation, and performance analysis. Run A/B testing and performance optimization for ads, landing pages, and email sequences. Develop outreach and referral partnerships with sector-specific organisations and communities. Collaborate with the Content Executive to align messaging and campaign assets. Take full ownership of outcomes, with accountability for delivering measurable results. You'll also occasionally be responsible for managing external suppliers to support campaign delivery or specialist tasks.

What You'll Bring

An enthusiasm that's contagious, with a curiosity for what really motivates people to engage with brands. When you're told something isn't possible, you take genuine pleasure in proving that it is. A belief that attitude and mindset matter just as much as experience - we can teach skills, but we can't teach drive or openness to growth. 2+ years in B2B digital marketing, ideally in SME/professional services. Strong command of Google Analytics 4, paid campaign platforms, and CRM/automation tools. Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (e.g. Jasper, ChatGPT, SurferSEO, HubSpot AI). Ability to turn data into strategy. You love metrics and understand funnel logic. A proactive, experimental mindset - you're excited to test, learn, iterate. A strong sense of accountability and the drive to hit performance goals. Excellent organisational skills - you can manage multiple campaigns at once.

What You'll Gain

Autonomy and ownership from day one. Weekly strategy sessions with leadership. Opportunities to grow in your role as the team scales. Hands-on experience in AI-assisted workflows, client insight automation, and smart content targeting. Access to a brand new, state-of-the-art video and podcast studio and dedicated client lounge - designed to support high-quality content creation and collaborative work. Quarterly team away days to network across the business, upskill in new tools or strategies, and celebrate the team's success and effort. A flexible and trusting culture that values results, rewards creativity, and encourages an entrepreneurial attitude.

Benefits

Continuous learning and full study support: We will help you develop the mindset and skills to adapt and succeed. Success as defined by you: We will help to provide you with the tools, techniques, and flexibility, so you can make a meaningful impact in your own way.
